HOW IT WORKS / DATA · PLAN · WORK

Clear actions from the data
you already have

At one farm, operations spent hours every week rebuilding the labor picture after the fact. Oxrow now prepares that crew-cost plan before the morning meeting — and the operation found $1.3 million in one crop year.

01Data

Connects your systems and data

Your systems — plus weather, market, and field data — connected live and understood in your operation's own terms: cost per acre, pool returns, block profitability.

02Plan

Prepares the plan

Ask for a crew plan, a packout call, grower returns — or let Oxrow surface the exception you'd have missed. It returns a recommendation grounded in your economics, ready for you to approve.

03Work

Does the work

Approve, and the plan becomes a finished work product — a workbook, a PDF, an email, a text to the crew, a grower portal — delivered where the work happens.

01Connect your systemsOxrow sits on top of ERPs, accounting, and field systems. A purpose-built agricultural context engine translates your raw data into the terms your business actually uses.OX-D-01

Your operational data already exists — across QuickBooks, Agworld, John Deere Operations Center, receiving-station systems, labor tracking, spreadsheets. Oxrow maintains live connections to all of them, so information stays current without manual exports or reconciliation.

Oxrow's Ag Context Engine (ACE) unlocks your data and makes it work for you. Generic AI and BI tools make you redefine your business in every conversation. Oxrow's ACE already understands ag economics: cost per acre, cost per variety, cost per bin, pool returns, piece-rate work, and block-level profitability — so your data is immediately ready to drive real operational work.

02Understand your operationOxrow holds the economics of your operation — cost per acre, pool returns, block profitability — and uses them to prepare the work, not just answer questions.OX-D-02

Oxrow carries the question every operator brings into Monday morning — where are we drifting from plan, what's this weather going to cost us — and comes back with a plan, not just a number.

It surfaces the exceptions that need your judgment — cost overruns on a specific block, labor anomalies in a specific crew, margin shifts on a specific variety — and prepares the move to act on each one. Ask it to go further any time: "Where's the biggest profit opportunity left in the pool?" No reports to read, no spreadsheet wrangling — work that's ready to approve.

03Your first 90 daysStart getting work back in week one. Typical rollout runs twelve weeks from kick-off to organization-wide deployment.OX-D-03
Week 01
Prep your data. Put Oxrow to work.Share samples of your data with Oxrow's engineers — Excel, CSV, QuickBooks exports — or connect current tools. Our ag data subject matter experts guide onboarding, suggesting the metrics that matter most to your operation. You don't need to change how you work. Oxrow starts preparing work in Week One.
Weeks 02–06
Connect, automate, deliver. We set up live connections to all your critical data sources. Common examples include FieldClock, Agworld, John Deere Operations Center, QuickBooks, and other financial systems. Your data stays fresh without manual work. Oxrow begins preparing the recurring work products your team relies on — and surfaces where the biggest profit opportunities sit.
Weeks 07–12
Deploy and expand. We work directly with your senior leaders and key decision makers — CFO, operations managers, agronomists — to set them up for success. Oxrow adds role-specific plans, proactive exception alerts, new data sources, and shareable work products as your team grows into the platform.
04Why we built OxrowFarmer-founded in Yakima Valley, not Silicon Valley. And built alongside the operators who use it every day.OX-D-04

Oxrow was founded by Patrick Smith, a fourth-generation hop farmer running operations in Washington's Yakima Valley. When he couldn't find a system that could keep up with the pace and complexity of real agribusiness economics, he built one to turn hindsight into agency.

Every Oxrow feature was shaped alongside real operators — growers, processors, and marketers — so the system reflects how decisions actually get made, not how software thinks they should. The result is a common economic language across field, office, and boardroom.

“Oxrow.ai has been a game-changer. Our grower-partners finally have real-time visibility into their fruit, and we've saved countless hours on reporting. It's strengthened trust while freeing up our staff to focus on the work that matters.”

CEO, Olympic Fruit Co.
